WCAG 2.0 Print and Digital Report and Forms
The challenge
Visual Metrics was tasked to work with the different offices and divisions of Infrastructure NSW to create the Restart NSW information pack and related forms in time for the minister’s announcement on the scheme.
This was the first time the Department was going to trial digital forms as opposed to traditional word based documents.
Our approach
Due to tight timelines, the size of the project and number of contributors, a 24-hour rolling team was established for the duration of the project. We helped lead daily meetings and collate feedback and action updates in an agile manner.
The result
Visual Metrics created a print and digital document enhancing accessibility and usability that meet the WCAG 2.0 web standards.
