My main drive to start Visual Metrics was to bring simplicity to reporting and process’. We have proven methodologies for gathering data from different sources, understanding the intended audiences and presenting in simple to understand dashboards and reports. I have witnessed the horror stories in IT project delivery failure and understand the reluctance towards innovation and the desire to stick with legacy systems – our team’s methods ensure a strong business case is made and team engagement is proven before the first line of code is written.
